Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed before 12:00 am are normally sent out on the the same day. It is possible to pick up your order at the local Post pick-up point, which will also be the option if you are not at home when courier tries to deliver at your door. All the goods that is presented on our website are normally in stock.
Shipping Costs
The shipping cost for freight within Sweden is 65 Sek. If you shop for more than 1000 Sek the shipping cost i free. Notice this is only within Sweden.
For freight charge abroad - please see zone-list. Return-costs are payed by you.
Privacy & Security
The information we need for you to shop at our webshop and which you register with, are classified information. Maria Westerlind AB is responsible for keeping this information classified. We do not leave out any personal information to any third part. This is regulated in Swedish law, PUL.
Returns & Replacements
We offer 14 days for you to be able to regret your purchase. This means that you have 14 days to return the goods from the day the package is delivered at your address or at your Post pickup point. This is provided that the goods have not been used or damaged and that all labels still are attached. When returning, use the return-note enclosed in your package. Notice! We do not pay for the out-sending freight charges. If it is a complaint caused of a damaged good or a mistake from our side we pay for the return-freight charge at the same time we repay you for the returned goods.
You can regret your purchase within 14 days, from the day we deliver your parcel at your address or at your Post pickup point.
We repay you when we received the items back. Please be aware of the days to transfer the money through the bank system.
Purchases on approval apply in 14 days from that day it has been delivered to your Post pick-up point. You will get full credit on total payment, except delivery cost on your account from that we had received the goods.
We follow The Swedish National Board of Consumers Complaints recommendations.
Transport Damages
If the package or /and the contents is damaged when it arrives, report immediately on place. If you have opened the package and discover damage, send it back to us as soon as possible. When you return any goods be aware that you are responsible for transport. Always use the return-note, which is enclosed in package. Please save your receipt until the return is completed. Put the packing-list in the return package an fill in the return note properly.
Goods not Collected
For all the goods which is not collected, we charge a fee for freight, service and handling. Within Sweden the charge is 200 Sek. For other countries the charge is 50 Eur.
Credit card purchase
To make a credit card purchase as safe as possible we use Nets payment service. That means that the information is managed with safe connections through the Nets website. All the credit card information is handled and secured by Nets. We accept purchase with VISA and MasterCard.

Log in to your account and follow your order.
Updating Account Information
If you need to update you account information, please log in to you account and do necessary changes. I you have forgot you password, please follow the instruction at the account login and you will be able to reset your password from there. You need access to the registered e-mail address to receive the new password.
